This bands title is simply what they are striving to be (FIVESTAR), and what they will never be (FIASCO). Formed in April of 2006, this band has already made a name for itself covering all the greats from the 70's till now, and also moving the crowds with their original music. The five guys who make up this musical monster called FIVE STAR FIASCO include Ricky Killingsworth – Vocals, Chris Strahan - Lead Guitar, Bobby Breland - Rhythm Guitar, Casey Varnado - Bass, and Jordy Tourne’ - Drums. They all grew up within five miles of each other; some being friends for years, others being kin, and some meeting each other only a couple of years ago.
Rocking out is what they do. With influences anywhere from Zeppelin to Tool, it’s not hard to see why. Opening for national acts such as Confederate Railroad, Holy Moly, and Flickerstick, Five Star Fiasco is always ready for a good time whether it be a club, festival, or party.
