President's Welcome

Hello, my name is Tom Enmon. I am the President of JANI-KING’s Gulf Coast Region, which covers the areas of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and the panhandle of Florida.

First, let me congratulate you because if you are looking at this web page, it means you have taken the time to do some research and to look at an opportunity that can definitely change your life. It has already changed the lives of over 7,500 people around the world and we know for a fact it can have the same effect for you.

We know there are many questions that may be going through your mind about our Franchise opportunity. Our job is to answer those questions for you so that you have the information you need in order to make a decision as to whether you would like to become part of our program. You will find a lot of information on this web site, but there is other information available to you, also. First, if you complete the requested information, we will mail a complete information package including a video to your home. The second way to get additional information is to receive what is called a "Franchise Offering Circular". Because we sell Franchises, we are regulated by the Federal Trade Commission and prior to you purchasing your Franchise you need to receive this document. We don’t mail this document. We give it to you "one on one" because it is a very detailed document about our Franchise. It tells you all of the start up costs, ongoing expenses, equipment required insurance, etc. Most importantly, it gives you a list of people that have already purchased JANI-KING Franchises. I’ve always said, "I can’t think of anyone better to talk with than someone who is already doing what you are thinking of doing". Do not be concerned about a hard sales presentation when you receive this document. By Federal Trade Commission regulations, you must receive the Franchise Offering Circular and have it in your possession at least 10 business days prior to being able to sign a Franchise Agreement or pay any money. So, when you come into one of our Regional Offices to receive the Offering Circular, no one will be asking you for any funds at all.

I have been with JANI-KING since 1982 and have sold many Franchises across the United States. I always make this statement to anyone looking at purchasing a Franchise, "You will work harder as a business owner than you ever have as an employee but this is your business, you control it, you control your own future, you control your own destiny". This program is not for everyone but if you see something in this program, or find something in this program that you think will work for you, maybe we can form a relationship to work together to build a better future.

Again, I want to thank you for investing your time in visiting our web site.

Thank You,

Tom Enmon

President of Jani-King Gulf Coast Region
