Sarah Turknett copy.JPG (148500 bytes)Sarah Turknett

Sarah has been singing as long as she could speak.  When she sang her first song "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star"  her mother knew she had a talent for music.   Sarah has taken private singing and a few years of piano lessons since she was 7 years old.  She is now in private voice training with Trudy Angelette of Larose, LA..

Sarah enjoys music of all genre, she favors Christian pop.  Sarah has written three songs in Christian Pop and is working on completing them and recording them.   At this time, Sarah is working in a studio to cut a CD.

In the past Sarah has sung at Church activities both solo and with a choir.  Sarah sings for school activities and Variety Shows, family anniversary's, and party's.  Sarah has competed in Lafourche Parish Farm Bureau for several years and enjoys the competition.  There isn't a family gathering where Sarah won't sing a few songs.  It's now a tradition.

Sarah is 16 years old and is a 10th grader at South Lafourche High School. She plays the flute in the concert and marching band.
