Stone Mother plays a variety of classic and southern rock selections with a focus on capturing the excitement of rock music at its best. The band is led by Dea Dea Drott from Ponchatoula, whose powerful vocals encompass a wide range of expression in her own unique style. Jason Wilson and Jeff Starns, both from Loranger, back her up with acoustic and electric guitar styles designed to compliment the songs as a whole. The band is completed by the driving rhythms of Reed Vercher on drums and Chris Spitzer on bass, who are both from Hammond. |
