Band Bio
ZYNC is an all original Aggressive Modern Rock Band that is led by award winning guitarist Stephen Friedt, who in 1997 won the Great Musicians Shoot-out in New Orleans as the best guitarist. Each member of this band was hand picked and this band has taken a life of it's own and is ready to tour and promote it's first CD of 13 tracks (Bring Forth The Element) that really rock and have such a deep impact. With Ryan Ashmore on vocals, we have a young freshness that is lacking in a lot of today's rock music. With Jason Alphonse on drums, he brings a style and technique to the killing floor and with Charles Cercy on Bass, we've got a steady bottom end that stays in the pocket and keeps the thump alive. ZYNC feels that with sights set for the stars, the sky isn't the limit! Keeping Heavy Rock/Metal alive and doing it our OWN way and we are proud to be from the great state of Louisiana!!
